Although you can always bring your own booze and get stoned in the hotel, you'd better go out and have fun in the special designated locations: Stuff Vama Veche, Expirat, Club A, Suburbia, Shire or B 52. But always remember to keep a sober buddy with you, able to drag your drunk ass back to your hotel room.
